Design Brief

Design Concept & Design Development

  • Consultation with local government authority
  • Individual design with street front elevation
  • Amendments to concept design as required

Planning Drawing & Local Authority Submission

  • Preparation of additional drawings for planning application
  • Site plan, floor plans, elevations and landscaping plan if required
  • Liaise with local government authority on behalf of client
  • Council planning application to be submitted by client

Construction Documentation

  • Preparation of additional drawings for certification and building permit submission
  • Documentation of site plan, floor plans, setout plans, elevations, sections, details, electrical plans and internal room layouts for construction
  • Engage and liaise with our partnered external consultants (energy efficiency assessor, structural engineer, private building surveyor) unless otherwise requested.
